1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground cumin

1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
Garnish with cilantro sprigs and serve with lemon wedges.
